Residential Pool Maintenance Program
One of the many benefits of our residential pool maintenance program is the seamless integration of our attentive repair department, allowing us to not only keep your pool sparkling clean but also handle repairs, replacements, and equipment upgrades as needed. As vigilant watchmen over your pool, we provide a boutique experience, attending to the unique personality of each pool with care and precision. All of our technicians excel in customer service and satisfaction, ensuring your needs are met. With our extensive expertise, we can manage all your pool and spa equipment needs, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
What's Included
Our Maintenance program cover:
- Test and adjust the pool’s water chemistry for chlorine, pH, and total alkalinity.
- Test for conditioner and calcium hardness quarterly.
- Test and monitor salt levels (if applicable) weekly.
- Empty debris from skimmer and pump baskets.
- Empty pool cleaner bag or canister.
- Backwash/clean main filter every rise of 10 psi (for sand filters).
- Manual cleaning of cartridge and D.E. filters included up to two times a year.
- Blow off pool deck.
- Make seasonal adjustments or recommendations for time-clock settings.
- Brush pool and connected spa’s steps, seats and walls.
- Skim pool and connected spa’s surface, netting leaves and debris.
- Vacuum for small debris as needed or power-vac.
- Brush tile with tile soap.
- Inspect Equipment for proper operation:
- Pool pump/motor.
- Filter Pressure.
- Pool Cleaner.
- Salt systems.
